Return Window

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without approval, as they may be refused.
Return Shipping

A return shipping fee of $20.00 may apply (as stated at checkout / in our return instructions).

If the item is defective or arrived damaged, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the case.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
